According to Sporteology

According to Sporteology, football is rated as the number 1 sports in United States and ranked as the 9th most popular sports around the world. The field of games has not only offer entertainment to its audience but also serves pride to the country that they are representing every world cup competition.

“The way a team plays as a whole determines its success. You may have the greatest bunch of individual stars in the world, but if they don’t play together, the club won’t be worth a dime.”

This quote by Baby Ruth inspired me on how to determine the success of each team. This message does not only refer to the world of sports, but also in any type of organization. Winning is about unity and team work. It does not necessarily rely on the work of the leader alone but how his work put effort on the result. One may have given too much, others may have exerted a little effort but the important thing is everybody understands its role and delivers their part whole heartedly.

Just like in football, it is a game of coordination and team work. The team leader performs its duty by guiding and assisting his members. He is in charge to mandate the work of his team, if they fail there should be no one to blame; if they succeed then everybody deserves applause.  Playing the game is not about self pride but rather a team’s pride. Every player knows the bond of brotherhood and sisterhood once they joined that team.

I remember when I have this obesity problem where I have no one to turn to except for my father who was once a greatest football player in our town. He said, “Life is just like playing football, you need to be tough to deal with your problems, defend yourself from doubts and grab yourself to win when you see the best opportunity.” He inspired me to become a strong woman with great dedication in life. I pushed myself to change my lifestyle and lose weight. I did morning exercises and even change my diet into a healthier one. Now I became more confident with my body because of my hard work and self determination.
